We collect information reasonably needed for the requested tool, matching, provider onboarding, security, consent records and privacy requests.
Sharing
When a user requests provider contact, relevant request information may be shared with an independent provider only for that request and routing purpose.
Claim information
Initial forms are intentionally limited. Do not submit complete policies, government IDs, banking data, medical records or confidential claim files unless a separately secured professional channel is established after matching.
Retention
Unmatched request records are targeted for deletion or de-identification within 90 days. Active matters, provider/security records and consent/audit records may be retained longer where reasonably necessary.
Privacy request
Optional private workspaces
Some recurring-use sections offer an optional private workspace after a successful request. The workspace can store profile details, saved locations or assets, project/work-order notes, and identifiers linking later requests to the same workspace. It is not required to submit a request.
Workspace access uses a long, random private key rather than a password. Anyone who has the private workspace link can access that workspace, so the link should be treated like a private document link. The access key is stored in the browser when possible. Workspace data can be deleted from the workspace controls.
