Lead-use, quality & security rules

Specific-request use only

Routed information may be used only to evaluate and respond to the specific request. Do not resell, publish or add leads to unrelated marketing lists.

Jurisdiction and firm identity

Providers may receive only matters within verified authority. The provider must communicate under the actual firm identity required by the relevant jurisdiction and maintain current individual/firm licensing information.

Security

Limit access, use reasonable safeguards and notify the network privacy/security contact without unreasonable delay if routed data is lost, exposed or misused.

Deletion

Delete or de-identify unused lead copies promptly and ordinarily within 30 days when no active transaction, dispute, legal hold or regulatory reason requires longer retention.
